Seniors, Baby Boomers, and Retirement

Retirement means the end of work
But it's not a reason to go berserk
There's still a lot in life to do
So cheer up now and work it through

You can do part time jobs or work from home
Or travel the world and visit Rome
You can make more money than you ever did
By investing wisely, so place your bid

You can spend more time with your love
Enjoying life to the fullest with your angel dove
Or if you're not attached, do not despair
It's not too late to have a love affair

Think about it for a second and you will see
That life has changed to some degree
Not only are you still fully alive
But no more work from nine to five!

So go enjoy your life for a change
Maybe an afternoon at the golf range
And listen to my advice if you want to be
As energetic and happy is Big Z!

That's my contribution to the English literature. A funny poem by Big Z. Well maybe not very funny, but hey ... at least it rhymes :).

Everybody has a blog now, so I am starting one of my own. It's not my first one really, but it's the first one I setup that tackles retirement and seniors. So I'll me adding a new topic to it every few days based on my research, my experience, and the stories I hear from friends and acquaintances. Basically, I am looking to list various websites that are helpful to middle-aged adults, baby boomers, seniors, and retired people. Things like managing your money, investing, travel, living comfortably, etc.

The pages I have so far are:

I am looking to keep adding new topics on a weekly basis.

If you would like to help me write some pages for this blog, please feel free to do that. You can always email me at bigz65@hotmail.com.
